About Jason
Jason Turchin, Esq. has been representing victims for more than 20 years throughout the United States. He has handled more than 6,500 accident, injury and insurance claims. The firm has grown into a national practice focusing on personal injury, accident, wrongful death, medical malpractice, life insurance claims, product liability and negligent security cases.
Their product liability division continues to expand, handling national mass tort cases involving consumer products, automotive defects, medical device failures, and drug injuries. Their life insurance claims team has handled hundreds of denied life insurance claims, including those involving material misrepresentation denials, beneficiary disputes, life insurance interpleader lawsuits, and claim delays.
Jason has been featured in media around the world and often acts as a legal media expert on various topics in the personal injury, product liability and accident industries. He has appeared on the CBS Evening News and CBS This Morning, as well as many international and national media including Rolling Stone, Bloomberg News, The New York Times, CNN, USA Today, NBC, The Miami Herald, Telemundo, Super Lawyer Magazine and the ABA Journal. His work has also been featured in US Congressional hearings.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Jason and his family are huge supporters of the arts and entertainment industry. Jason is a 3x Tony Award nominated Broadway Producer and founder of The Broadway Investor’s Club. The group produces projects in theater, tv, film and music. He is also founder of the original My Attorney App, the first app for lawyers back in 2009.
